Walking through the Arboretum, you are sure to hear the crunch of the autumn foliage underneath your feet. The trails are being dusted by the crisp leaves as they jump off the trees to celebrate the season. Touring the grounds, you will experience the best part of celebrating fall at The Arboretum: admiring the bright colors on the trees.

The breezy fall weather is perfectly paired with a cup of apple cider and a decorated pumpkin. This fall, we invite you to join us at The Arboretum for an interactive day of family fun. There will be activities all day that nearly everyone in your family will enjoy. With hands-on apple cider making, storytelling, pumpkin decorating and guided wagon tours of The Arboretum, you will get to celebrate all of the best things about fall. There will be presentations featuring an animal ambassador from Ironwood Wolves at 11:30am, 1pm and 2:30pm. There will be storytelling at 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm and guided wagon tours will be offered all day. Guest can also enjoy canning demonstrations and tastings from 10 am to 3pm.

During the festival, there will be opportunities for attendees to tour the recently expanded Learning Garden. Prepare for your fall planting by shopping The Arboretum’s Fall Plant Sale featuring trees and shrubs and get expert advice from Arboretum staff. Purchase apples from Ochs Fruit Farm or buy a snack from a local food truck.

With something for nearly everyone in your family to enjoy, this is one event you don’t want to miss. Admission is free. The festival is presented by The Energy Cooperative with support from media sponsor Ohio Magazine and the Licking County Foundation.
