Alternatives for Invasive Plants in Ohio

When

  • June 2, 2017
    12:00pm - 3:00pm

What

Invasive plants are non-native species that threaten Ohio’s natural areas by altering the native biodiversity found in our forests, grasslands, prairies and wetlands.  This workshop will provide some suggested alternatives of native and ornamental plants that are available in many nurseries and garden centers.  Live specimens and herbarium plants will be on display for hands-on learning and identification.
