What

Tai Chi is designed to increase muscle and cardiovascular strength as well as improve balance, joint flexibility and posture.  The fire will be crackling as Sifu Wayne Melton instructs a yang style of movement to help maintain physical as well as mental health.  Students should wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.

This is a six class series; registration closes at the beginning of the series.
