Sugar Maple ($30)
Basic benefits include: bimonthly Nutshell newsletter, the annual Daweswood Journal, 15% discount at the gift shop and plant sales, discounted programming, free Daweswood House Museum tours, free catch-and-release fishing at Dawes Lake, a discount at select retailers, and reciprocal benefits at more than 250 gardens in North America.

Hickory ($50)
Basic membership benefits for all adults and children residing in the same household.
Please note that Hickory memberships are intended for households only. Organizations, clubs and businesses are encouraged to join the Chestnut Club.

Buckeye ($100)
Hickory (household) membership benefits plus one free plant at the spring plant sale, invitation to the spring plant sale preview reception and recognition in the Nutshell newsletter.
Beech ($250)
Buckeye level benefits plus invitations to exclusive events.
Sycamore ($500)
Beech level benefits plus a 15% discount on facility rentals.

Paw Paw (monthly)
Paw Paw members are supporters of The Arboretum who have minimum monthly membership dues of $20 automatically billed to a credit card. Members in this category receive special benefits. Please stop by the Visitors Center or contact the Director of Development at development@dawesarb.org or 800.44.DAWES for more information.
Chestnut Club ($75 and up)
Organizations have an exclusive category of membership. Non-profit organizations, clubs and corporations with 30 or fewer members or employees may join for $75 per year. Benefits include one free program for your group and one free four-hour room rental during regular Visitors Center hours (other hours are made available at an additional fee). A membership card will be supplied to the head of the organization and is valid for a 15% discount in the gift shop for items purchased on behalf of the organization. For larger organizations, please stop by the Visitors Center or contact the Director of Development at development@dawesarb.org or 800.44.DAWES for details.

If purchasing two years of membership at once, receive a 10% discount on all membership levels (except Paw Paw and Chestnut Club).
College students and seniors (60+) may receive a 10% discount on a one-year membership. Please call The Arboretum or stop by the Visitors Center to utilize this discount.
The Dawes Arboretum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit operating foundation. Membership dues of $49.50 or more per year (except for Chestnut Club) are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Legacy Plants & Benches and Estate Planning
In addition to membership, a legacy plant or bench is an elegant way to honor a loved one or special friend. In addition, The Arboretum is appreciate of all types of planned giving from Estates.
