Spectacular spaces abound for indoor and outdoor events. We provide catering options along with rentals of tables, chairs, tent, etc. The Arboretum wants to ensure your event is top-notch and filled with wonderful and lasting memories.
Wedding Ceremonies
There are so many stunning garden locations to choose from for a wedding ceremony. The Japanese Garden offers guests a peaceful view of bridges, islands and water reflections. The All Seasons Garden offers the bride a grand entrance—down a wooden staircase into a garden of white and blush flowers. The Dawes Lake Island offers peaceful reclections of trees on the water.
All garden ceremony sites include two hours in the garden for the ceremony and photographs, an Arboretum liaison, an hour rehearsal the evening before and the ordering/set-up/tear-down of rental chairs.
Receptions
For your reception or next party, consider the elegance of the Firelight Room with beautiful views of the All Season Garden or host the party on the Events Terrace while watching the sun set over the peaceful hillside. The Red Barn area makes for a natural and private site with views of wetlands, ponds and prairies.
The Firelight Room (capacity 100) includes table and chair set-up. The Events Terrace (capacity 300) site includes manicured gardens, an Arboretum liaison, all outdoor equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and the most spectacular views.
Catering
The Arboretum’s exclusive list of caterers offers a wide variety from casual to black tie affair. You choose between the premier, full-service caterers in the central Ohio area that we have chosen.
