Continuing the Work
The IDEA-B (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Belonging) committee is a staff-led effort dedicated to helping The Dawes Arboretum grow as a place where everyone feels welcome, valued and connected. Since 2022, the committee has supported learning, conversation and action across the organization, ensuring that creating an "Arboretum for All" is not just a goal, but an ongoing practice. Activities include:
