How to Purchase Plants
You can purchase your plants via this link. The link will go live to the public on September 7, 2020.
Pickup Details
Orders will be processed the week of September 14. You will be contacted with the date and time for you to pick up your order.
Once you receive your date and time for pickup, please go to the Horticulture Parking lot at The Dawes Arboretum at that specified date and time.
Safety Precautions for Pickup
The Dawes Arboretum is holding the plant sale online with contactless payment and a limited contact pick-up.
To help ensure the safety of guests, staff and volunteers, we request that you wear a mask during pick-up. Each person will be responsible for loading their own plants into their vehicle. Arboretum staff and volunteers will bring your plants to your vehicle, but will not be assisting in loading.
Discounts
Members will receive 15% off their order when they enter their member discount code. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit our website.

Each plant available for sale has a description of what type of soil, sunlight and water needed for the plant to thrive. Please use this information to help you choose the best plants for your intended environment.
Conservation is the Goal
The staff at The Dawes Arboretum utilizes the fall plant sale to help fulfill our mission of enriching lives through the conservation of trees and nature. It also helps us to be able to provide our community with wonderful plants to enhance their landscapes.
Many of the plants in the sale are grown by Arboretum staff and on Arboretum grounds. We also feature plants we call “Dawes Favorites.” These are varieties and cultivar selections not commonly available in nurseries, for various reasons, but are particularly well suited to our Central Ohio climate and attractive.
