Important things to note when buying your ticket online:
- Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive two emails at the email address you provided during purchase. The first will be your receipt for the credit card charge. The second will have access to your admission ticket; the subject line will read "The Dawes Arboretum - eTickets."
- Please open the email on your computer or smartphone and follow the link that reads "on this web page." This will open your web browser so that you can see the actual ticket with barcode.
- From here, you can print the ticket to bring it with you OR bring your smartphone to The Arboretum with the ticket opened in your browser.
- Stop at the Gatehouse on the day of your visit and Guest Services staff will scan your ticket.
- Admission tickets are good for one day.
- Admission tickets can be applied toward a membership when the membership is purchased at The Arboretum Gatehouse on the day of your visit.
- No discounts or offers apply to online sales.
