This extra large ladybug is located outside of our Visitors Center. It is 7’ in length, 7’ in width and 3’ in height. The body is made up of bent willow on armature and the head, legs and spots are made up of black walnut. This great sculpture is also 150 pounds in weight.

Did you know? There are several different species of ladybug you can find in Ohio. They undergo complete metamorphosis in which they have 4 distinct life stages: egg, larva, pupa and adult.
