What

This ancient form of movement originated from Chinese practitioners’ beliefs that illness is caused by an imbalance of energy within the body.  The function of Tai Chi is to keep the energy flowing in a balanced manner while increasing muscle and cardiovascular strength as well as improving balance, joint flexibility and posture.  Sifu Wayne Melton will instruct a yang style of movement to help maintain physical as well as mental health.  Students should wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.  Fee includes six sessions; Sunday, June 25 through August 13, no class Sunday, July 9.
