The Dawes Arboretum is excited to announce that the Maple Syrup Days for 2021 will be held on February 27th and 28th!
How to Celebrate
All visitors with a reserved ticket to The Arboretum on February 27th and 28th will have the opportunity to learn the history and process of maple sugaring as they meander down the paved trail toward The Arboretum’s Log Cabin.
Guided tours of the Maple Syrup Trail lasting approximately 45 minutes and will begin every 15 minutes from 1 - 4pm on Saturday, February 27th and Sunday, February 28th.
The Arboretum will also offer private group tours of the Maple Syrup Trail perfect for clubs or school groups. Email education@dawesarb.org for pricing and availability.
To keep the health and safety of our guests, volunteers and employees at the top of our minds, we will be following all safety guidelines and protocol set forth by the Licking County Health Department. Face masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed. The programming will also be held exclusively outdoors, so be sure to dress for February in Ohio!
Reserving Tickets
Guided tour groups will be kept to 9 people this year so that we can celebrate safely. Because of this, we have a limited number of tickets available for both days. If you and your family would like to attend this year’s celebrations, please be sure to reserve your ticket today by visiting our website and reserving your tickets.
Virtual Experience
For anyone wishing to experience Maple Syrup Days virtually this year, we have shared a virtual tour on our YouTube channel.
In the event of inclement weather for our event, we will cancel as soon as we know more. Any cancellations will be shared with event registrants and on our social media channels.
