History Happy Hour: The Pure Oil Company

In addition to co-founding The Dawes Arboretum, Beman Dawes was the founding president of The Pure Oil Company. Learn more about this Ohio-based company and Beman’s dual role of running the oil company alongside the arboretum. Guests are encouraged to share their memories of Pure Oil after the presentation.
