Take a guided tour of the Daweswood House Museum, once the country home of Arboretum co-founders Beman and Bertie Dawes.  See and hear the history behind antiques and memorabilia from the Dawes family.  A house highlight is the "Rathskeller," a basement area that displays shovels used by over 100 notable men and women who dedicated trees at The Arboretum and features their signatures on the ceiling.

Adults: $2     Children: $1     Members: FREE

What

Shop from a wide-variety of shrubs, trees and perennials for your home landscape.  Arboretum experts will be available to answer your questions about plant care and suitability for your location.  A variety of vendors will complement the sale with additional plants and garden products.

All members receive a discount at the sale and members at the Buckeye level and above receive an exclusive invitation to shop early at the Plant Sale Preview and will take home a free plant.

The Japanese Garden is perhaps the most visited location at The Arboretum.  Join local artist Kathy Anderson in an exploration of acrylic painting techniques as you recreate a scene from this iconic garden.  Light refreshments provided.
