Indoor Rental Space
Firelight Room
The Firelight Room has a stone fireplace and a wall of widows overlooking the Bird Watching Garden. It is a great space to celebrate, relax or meet. This room seats up to 100 guests at round or banquet tables.
Available year-round Monday through Thursday, the daily rental rate is $300. Tables, chairs and setup/tear down are included in your rental. Catering is required in this area. Non-profit pricing is available at a daily rate of $100.
Shelter House
The Main Shelter is located on the edge of the Deep Woods adjacent to the Cypress Swamp. This area can host 100 guests and is equipped with picnic tables, trash/recycling receptacles, electrical outlets, portable toilets, and access to indoor restrooms in the Visitors Center. Available May through October from 8am to 5pm at a cost of $75 per day. Non-profit pricing is available Monday through Friday at a rate of $45.
Red Barn
The Red Barn at The Dawes Arboretum offers a beautiful picnic setting for your next event. This area is a unique venue located just north of our Main Grounds. Picnic table seating for 100 guests is available and includes corn-hole game and horse shoes. Catch and release fishing is permitted in the pond. Renting party must provide fishing equipment. Available September through October only from 8am to 5pm at a cost of $250 per day. Non-profit pricing is available Sunday through Thursday at a rate of $100.
